Momentum Health provides healthcare covertomore than 110 000 individuals and families. The MomentumHealthmobile application has been designed to give members 24/7access touseful information related to their health and theirmedical aid.Following an effortless sign-in process, users can now usetheapp to submit claims, track their claims and view theirclaimshistory, search for and download statements, find theirnearesthealthcare providers and request authorisations forhospitalsand/or other practices. Users will also receivenotificationsrelated to claims, health assessments and taxcertificates. Inadditions, members can view a summary of theirpolicies, includingcontract and payment details. Users are alsoable to use the app toupdate important personal, contact and vitalhealth information forprinciple members and dependants, and viewtheir currentHeathReturns and HealthSaver balances.
